Magna-Shield®
is a self-sealing, VOC compliant, non-yellowing, super-tough and
durable pre-catalyzed lacquer. It combines durability, chemical resistance
and fast build similar to a conversion varnish or post-catalyzed lacquer.
However, unlike
other high resistance finishes, Magna-Shield™ can be recoated anytime
with no window of recoat ability or restrictions on number of coats
applied.
Available in high gloss (90% sheen), gloss (75% sheen),
satin (45%), dull satin
(25%) and matte sheen (12%) in gallons, 5 gallon pails, and 55 gallon
drums.

EVERLASTTM
VARNISH/POLYURETHANE
 This
highly durable, quick drying, self-sealing, non-flammable finish
combines the warmth of a varnish with toughness of a polyurethane.
Provides superior protection to all interior and exterior woodwork -
kitchen cabinets, bar tops, table tops, school desks, and flooring too.
Pleasant odor and VOC compliant. Tack free in about 30 minutes dries
within 2 hours. Offers excellent mar, water, alcohol and weathering
resistance. Its light straw color enhances color of the wood grain. It
absorbs UV rays into itself, thus darkens over time, however, protects the
wood substrate or the stain from degradation and or fading. Builds fast.
No need to sand between coats if recoated within 24 hours. Can be top
coated over most finishes including water-based and lacquers for extra
durability. Apply by brush, roller, spray, paint pad, lamb's wool
applicator or wipe on. Should be thinned only for spray application, up to 25%
only. Recommended thinner is our TAN Reducer, VM&P Naphtha or paint thinner
(slow drying thinner).

READY TO SPRAY - HIGH SOLIDS/HIGH BUILD
Top quality, ready-to-spray, fast drying, all purpose
conventional solvent based lacquer
for interior wood and metal furniture finishing and refinishing
needs. Formulated for maximum adhesion,
toughness, build and VOC compliance in in most states. Moisture and heat resistant. This lacquer offers at
least 25% higher solids and greater coverage than competitive products at even
higher prices. Available in clears (straw and water-clear) and pigmented
(black and white).
Solids = 30%. Fast drying (in about 5 minutes). Ready for spray as
supplied through most spray equipment; airless, air, assisted
airless, HVLP turbines and conventional.
NOTE: Though this finish is moisture resistant, it does not posses the
durability, quick film build nor the benefit to cost ratio of above
Magna-Shield®.

Quick Drying Wood Grain Filler

grain filling with a an oil-based paste wood filler? Too laborious and messy? A drag on productivity?
Too much effort to the task? Alternatively, are you using a sanding sealer
to fill the grain with with less than desirable results?
This transparent, nitrocellulose lacquer-based Quick Drying
Wood Grain Filler is the answer to a finisher’s prayer. It fills the grain
quick and easy. As easy as 1-2-3. And cost effective too! This is not
a sanding sealer but, a true, lacquer based grain filler.
Spray or brush on one to two coats per label directions,
wait until dry (10 to 30 minutes) then sand smooth (not off) like a sanding
sealer. You’re done! From scratch to finish in two hours or so.
Available in natural color only. Can be tinted with our stains,
U-T-C colorants or any lacquer compatible tinting colorants
to achieve a custom color. Can be top coated with most nitrocellulose lacquers,
water-based finishes, most solvent based varnishes, such as our Quick
Dri Varnish, and most solvent based polyurethanes, such as our Tuff-As-Nails
Polyurethane. Coverage, 500-600 sq ft per gallon. VOC, 4.5 lbs/gal (540
g/L).
